Beauty Tip: Chocolate vs. Bloating (Hint Chocolate Wins!)

Consider this a public service announcement. Studies show that consuming dark chocolate daily the week before and during your period will help reduce bloating.  The flavonoids in the chocolate helps to metabolize carbs faster and thus reduces bloating.

    Nice one! Flavonoids are also thought to be good antixodants, and therefore great for the immune system… and potentially anti-ageing!
